Italy: MGI member Pragma srl, sets up a new office in Rome

Caput Mundi during the Roman Empire, capital of Italy since 1870, home of the Catholic Church and the Italian government, Rome is situated on the banks of the Tiber.

Located in the middle of the Italian peninsula, the city is easily accessible from the most important places both in Italy and abroad and is the central business centre hub of Italy.

The new office is located on Via Giovanni Nicotera n. 34 and it is in a prestigious business area of Roma, 500 metres from the Vatican State.

Speaking from his new office Francesco Bartolucci, one of the founders of Pragma srl, explained how it had long been an ambition of his to open an MGI office in Roma. Pragma Srl has already started providing qualified services to other MGI colleagues from other countries but the new location in Roma is strategic for further development. Roma is the main city of Italy as far as administrative and tax issues are concerned. A potential foreign client having a business interest in Italy will have more opportunities to receive what he is looking for from the two Pragma offices in Fano and in Roma.

Client services offered from the new Roma office will include auditing services with 5 staff, bookkeeping and tax consulting with 6 staff and financial consulting with 2 people.

On the 10 December 2009 Clive Mieville and Thierry Delvaux, the past and the new Executive Director of MGI, were in Roma to officially inaugurate the new office together with Francesco Bartolucci and all the new staff of Pragma. After meeting their comment was: “we express our admiration for the fine work done by Francesco in finding the right partners in Rome for him to be able to open an office here. We have met with some first class auditors and chartered accountants. It is very encouraging to see that we have now achieved this target thanks to the relentless efforts of Francesco and his colleagues. Congratulations!”

Thanks to this new office, Pragma is able to host the next meeting of the Latin Circle. Francesco Bartolucci hopes to welcome participants from many member firms in other circles and areas.
