Carlos Pan, MGI Board (Chair)

Graduated from Nueva Esparta University in Venezuela with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Carlos Pan has a strong background in Financial Services. In 1986 he began his career as a Consultant in Coopers & Lybrand in Venezuela, where he actively participated and directed several reengineering projects, strategic planning engagements and Core Banking solutions integration. In 1997, Carlos Pan founded SYS Consulting based in Fort Lauderdale acting as CEO. SYS consulting is specialized in the selling and implementing of Core Banking and Virtual Bank solutions through strategic business alliances. The company quickly grew and opened new offices in Argentina, Ecuador and Venezuela. In 2001 the international firm was renamed Accusys Technology.

Carlos Pan, is a Senior Partner of MGI ZPedraza Consultores in Venezuela, a firm specialized in Strategic Consulting. This firm has a joint venture with Accusys Technology in Latin America.

Additionally, Carlos Pan has held various important positions in the Latin American Financial Sector such as Vice-President of Operations at the “Banco Consolidado” in Venezuela and Vice-President of Operations and Technology at the “Banco de Préstamos” in Ecuador. Currently, he is the CEO of Accusys Technology, a Senior Partner of MGI ZPedraza Consultores in Venezuela, Director of Blue Bank in Puerto Rico, and acts as an International Committee Member of MGI representing the Latin American region.
